The children are laughing Running around and having fun You watch them giggle and play Watch them enjoy ‘fun in the sun’!
They’re playing on the swings They’re zooming down the slide Going up and down on the see-saw So much fun; wow what a ride!!
You sit there with your book Lost in the story you love The children are playing around you Being in the story for you though is enough
You look up occasionally You may have a go on the swing But lost in your books is what you prefer That makes you happy; it’s your thing
