Updated: Sep 20, 2019

I remember the day I got the news I felt my world was falling apart Anxiety and confusion ran through me Those words were like a spear to my heart

I didn’t know what to do I didn’t know where to start What does life look like for you now? How will you play your part?

I took some time; I cried for a while I tried to gather my thoughts Blame and guilt consumed me Anxiety made me so fraught

I then realized; it’s not about me I need to find out what I can do for you I need to get you the support you need I need to give you the chance to be you

The journey is tough The obstacles can be high Fighting is what I’ll do for you On that; you can rely
