You see things no one else can How spectacular your view must be Seeing the world through your eyes Is a gift just for you; not me

You feel things no one else can Some intense; some are fun Some I wish I could take away Make you feel secure; not wanting to run

I’ll never understand completely

What’s going on inside your mind I’ll never give up trying though I’ll never stop looking for the signs

Somethings are meant only for you The rest of us are left wondering What the world really looks like Through the eyes of someone with Autism
